September Hike, Bike & Run With Healers

We had great conditions for a hike with guest healer, Dr. Mark Pettus, MD and a MTB ride with guest healer Dr. Stephen Aldsorf, MD. We finished our September events with achilly 3 mi restorative run around Springside Park's trail network with Dr. Ellrodt. We learned that our :40 min. run generated the same"All-Cause Mortality Reduction" benefits as a 2.5 hr walk!
