We learned some helpful naturopathic strategies for the upcoming seasonal affect from Dr. Mehernosh Kahn while enjoying the misty woods of Kennedy Park. We also had some great conversations about how to grow this community health initiative while enjoying healthy snacks and drinks donated by Guido's and Chocolate Springs.
